I really think this could be a huge benefit.
It would also be a major win for advocacy, because with each release we'd automatically have numbers that we could compare against the last release.
yeah that would help in two ways - we would have numbers for advocacy purposes on release time and in addition to that we could point people at that data during development with "look we are becoming even faster with the next release"
Please do it- this would be excellent for regression testing and proving performance.
